Had an amazing trip with my friends! We explored the Wawel Castle and enjoyed a river cruise. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything! Breakfast was great, with many options each morning, and the spa offered great relaxation after a long day. Definitely recommend it for group trips!
One downside was that there wasn't an ironing board or iron in our room, which would have been helpful.

The room was spacious and came with a super comfy queen bed plus a mini fridge, which was a nice touch. I loved that I could unwind with a massage or try out the sauna after a long day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the sound from cleaning could be a bit loud in the morning, but it didn't put a damper on my stay! 😊

Charming design of the hotel.
Our stay was very disappointing because the room didn’t match the photos. We were placed in a small, outdated room with poor lighting and no decent view. Additionally, the heating was a problem, and despite our requests to adjust it, nothing changed. We often felt uncomfortable due to the heat.
